5. Social Emotional Supports: To better support social emotional learning in our building, the TES CARE Team has been working on another intervention for our students. The PBIS block will be used for small group social emotional learning with our unified arts teachers. These groups will be 15 minutes. Students will be picked for these groups based on concerns that came up on the BIMAS. Each grade will have a designated day of the week where students will be pulled out of their classroom during this time.  These groups will be for a period of 6 weeks and will be small groups of 6-8 students.

In addition to the above, based on the middle of the year BIMAS data, there will be small self regulation groups. That will be approximately 20 minutes long.  Each grade will have a designated day and will meet first thing during morning meeting in order to not interfere with academics.  These groups will be 8 weeks. Any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out!
