Principal’s Flyer #33: April 13, 2025
Dear Students & Families:
We’d like to acknowledge our outstanding musicians (Middle School and High School) and artists whose performances and beautiful artwork made for a wonderful evening at NRSD last Thursday evening. The artwork and performance by our Band were stellar. Thank you to our community for an outstanding turnout and filling Safka Auditorium, and thanks to our musicians for such a strong performance. Reflecting back on our fall winter concert, it has been most enjoyable to see such a clear trajectory and improvement among our musicians. To our musicians and the families who support them, thank you for investing such time and energy into giving the gift of music to your children, which they can then in turn share with our community: kudos to our musicians, artists and the wider community supporting the arts here at ‘Gansett! Warrior musicians and artists: great, great job! Thanks also to Ms. Kara Kowalczyk and Mr. Tom Salvadore for coordinating a wonderful evening.
Great job to all of our Warrior Mathletes who participated in Fitchburg State University’s Elizabeth Haskins Math Competition last Friday. We appreciate our students’ dedication for the full day on Friday, for your prowess as mathematicians Warriors, and to our staff chaperones and Ms. Becky Richards for making our participation in this competition possible! AND, not least, congratulations to Anna Ogonowski, Varananda Kim, and Katherine Longmuir for earning honorable mention, scoring in the top 15% of all grade-level competitors! We love to see our students excelling in this critical subject-area! Find below just a few additional photos and videos to capture the Art Show, the Spring Concert, and Math competition in case you missed them online. Nice job across the board, Warriors!
