Dear Students & Families:
We hope you’ve enjoyed the snowy conditions and have been able to run errands and navigate your weekend safely. The snow comes just in time for our Winter Wonderland Dance, which will be held this Friday (1/24) in the High School. Term 2 will close this Wednesday and we will post report cards to the Community Portal on January 28th. As always, we will send reminders regarding report card availability and all students are reminded to check their schedules as we enter Term 3, Semester 2 this Thursday. All full year classes remain the same, and students taking semester classes will attend their new Semester 2 classes this coming Thursday (1/23). Warriors, make sure to close out the semester on a high note.
At the top of this memo, we are putting out a special notice to the student body on behalf of Coach Kirby and our Varsity Girls Basketball Team, which has a home game versus Bromfield on Tuesday Night at 6:30 PM. With two strong games, the girls can clinch the league. Let’s go Warriors, we hope you’ll come out to support our teams this week! And a quick reminder: you can find games for the week posted at the bottom of this memo. Perhaps most importantly, if you’re looking for a positive story to conclude your day today or start on your day tomorrow, check out this Shriners story about the Dean family, which captures the essence of community, care, and the spirit of one of our Warriors.

The Harlem Wizards are coming back to play basketball against the NRSD Staff Team in a fun-filled community event on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Narragansett Regional High School gymnasium. Save the date for our musical! Narragansett Theater Guild is proud to present Disney's The Little Mermaid this coming April 4th, 5th, & 6th. Tickets will go on sale March 3rd, and kudos to all students, staff, and volunteers who are working hard to make this year’s production special.

Grade 8 Valentines Day Dance will be held Friday, February 14th. Tickets will go on sale in the coming weeks!
8th grade Washington, DC trip dates are set for June 9th - June 12th 2025.
