Principal’s Flyer #17: December 8, 2024
Dear Students & Families:
We hope you’ve enjoyed an outstanding weekend and are looking forward to a busy week ahead! Before looking ahead, we’d like to take a moment to celebrate Warriors Colorguard, which recently participated in its first parade, the recent Jack Frost parade! Despite the weather our team is continuing to practice all throughout the winter! Kudos to this fabulous group of students, coaches and families…and take note: the sweater game is also extremely strong! We’d also like to celebrate our 8th graders on our Middle School Football Team. In case you missed this online, the team visited Boston College for the full experience: tailgating and game time. Not least, check out our very own Mason MacDonald pictured here with BC / CFL / NFL Legend Doug Flutie! Thank you to our coaches and volunteers for making this event possible for our student athletes! Finally, thanks to our School Advisory Council, and especially student officers, for review of, and helpful feedback on our New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) student survey.
Looking at the week ahead, we are reminding everyone that the Narragansett Holiday Concert will be held Thursday, December 12th @ 6:30 PM in Safka Auditorium and features the Middle and High School Concert Bands. These performers have worked incredibly hard to put on a stellar concert for you, we hope you’ll come out and attend!
It may be hard to believe, but this Tuesday, December 10th is the mid-way point and progress report for Term 2. Students and families are advised to check the community portal for up to date grades the evening of December 10th. Teachers will have gradebooks current, so it’s a great snapshot of how you/your student is doing thus far Term 2.
Electronic Libraries: Warrior Access to 70,000+ Books |
