Narragansett-Montachusett Vocational Program Opportunity (MVP)

A final reminder (for the moment) to all families that Narragansett Regional School District is working with Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School (Monty Tech) and multiple local schools to provide NRHS students with expanded opportunities to enroll in vocational programming during their junior and senior years. Our unique program differs from those across the state, as it is in consideration of a traditional school schedule. NRSD students will attend their academic classes for one week at Narragansett Regional High School, followed by a shop week on the Electrical and Carpentry MVP campus located in Fitchburg. Students who apply and are accepted into our program are making a two-year commitment for their junior and senior years, and at the end of their high school career, students will graduate from Narragansett Regional High School with a high school diploma, 900 vocational training hours, industry-recognized credentials, and co-op experience.  Rising juniors and seniors (current grade 10 and 11 students) and families: if you/your student is interested in our (MVP) vocational programming, be advised that NRHS has reviewed this program with students.  Families interested to learn more are advised that we will:
