Principal’s Flyer #27: March 5, 2023

Dear Warrior Students & Families:

We hope you’ve had a wonderful weekend, and are rolling with the punches in terms of winter storms that we expect will become a memory as the month marches along.  We would like to alert everyone that budgeting for the next school year is well under way.  However you vote in regards to our District budget, we hope that you make your voice heard and you show up to vote.  The budget allocations for each year have very real implications for students and families.  So again, we hope that you will keep abreast of budget meetings, information, and upcoming votes.  The District’s Next Budget hearing will be Wednesday, March 8th @ 5:30 PM in the Narragansett Regional High School Kiva.  We’ll make sure to remind you in our upcoming memos of hearings and votes, and we appreciate your engagement in decisions that impact our community, schools, and children.

Kudos goes out to the NRHS Varsity Cheer Team, which placed 2nd in Central Massachusetts competition this weekend!  Here’s the latest photo of the team, which is headed to National competition in the next several weeks.
